The Junction City School DIstrict will be closed to onsite instruction today and Wednesday.
Chromebooks were sent home last week in advance of winter storms. Students are expected to engage in virtual remote learning. In case of loss of power or internet, we will make necessary arrangements to make up schoolwork when the weather clears. Another powerful winter storm is forecast for tomorrow into Thursday. There is a high probability that we will not return to onsite instruction until Monday, February 22. As soon as it is safe to travel, we will return to school.
Please stay safe and warm. Dangerously low temperatures are in the forecast along with more winter weather. There will be no food service during the closure and any extracurricular activities are suspended until further notice. Students are to access Google Classroom for assignments each day beginning this morning.
