JCES-NECC Family Code Night! You don't want to miss this!
JCES is pleased to invite every one of our families to participate in National Family Code Nights, a free live-stream family learning event for our school. Families can share this wonderful learning experience in which each child pairs up with a parent or other older partner to do their very first hour of coding together! No experience needed! It’s great fun, proven in thousands of schools nationwide, and now provided via a live-stream. Family members, teachers and educators can join the live-stream from home to enjoy an important, delightful experience.
A live prize drawing for a Home Robotics Bundle from Wonder Workshop will be featured at each National Family Code Night. So save the date and get ready for a community learning experience the whole family will love and value.
Our session will begin at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 17. (You must have a computer and internet to participate)

JCSD-NECC District-wide Virtual Day is tomorrow Thursday, November 12. The purpose is to test procedures should there be a stoppage of onsite instruction at a later date. We will deliver a late breakfast and a lunch through our bus routes beginning at 10:00 a.m. Parents may use the virtual lunch form or they can directly email Donna McLelland at mclellandd@jcdragons.k12.ar.us to make sure we have enough meals for delivery. It is the parent's responsibility to make sure the cafeteria has your child marked for breakfast/lunch delivery. Be sure to include your bus route name. Students are to return Chromebooks and any other electronic devices on Friday.
Please note: There will be no after school program and no 7-12 tutoring tomorrow.

JCSD-NECC REMINDER! Special Veterans Day Drive-Thru Event tomorrow, November 11 at 9am. Please invite any veteran you know to attend this special event! The event will begin at the parking lot in front of the cafeteria. There will be a police escort for veterans from the bus parking lot to in-between the junior high and senior high buildings.

NECC Board Meeting tonight at 7pm!
REMINDER: JCHS FBLA is sponsoring a competition between 7-12 grade first period classes. Each class should try to fill as many shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child as possible. The totals will be tabulated next Friday (11/13) after first period. The winning class will receive a spudnut party the next Thursday (11/19).
