CHEER CANDIDATES: Just a reminder of the MANDATORY Cheer Clinic tomorrow from 2-6pm. Everyone needs to report to the MPR to check in. Please wear tennis shoes or cheer shoes, shorts and t-shirt. School will dismiss early next Friday, February 16. Buses will roll from high school at 2:30pm. School will be closed on Monday, February 19 in observance of Presidents Day and again on Tuesday, February 20 for Winter Break! No after school program on Monday or Tuesday. VERY IMPORTANT: Wednesday, February 21 is a student instructional day (Makeup day #1) and the after school program will be held.

CHEER CANDIDATES/PARENTS: Due to Parent/Teacher Conferences being held on Tuesday, February 13th there WILL NOT be cheer practice that day. We will resume practice on Wednesday, February 14th from 3:30-5:30. These practices are MANDATORY for all girls trying out for Junior High Cheer.
REMINDERS! The elementary will be celebrating the 100th day of school this Friday, February 9th! Dress as an elderly person! Grades 3-6 Science Fair will be held Monday, February 12th. Next Tuesday, February 13th K-12 Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held from 3:00 - 7:00pm! Progress Reports will be handed out to parents. School will dismiss at 2:30 on Tuesday and there will be NO after school program.

The Elementary (K-6) is having a HOUSE contest to benefit UCAPS and Southern Paws Animal Rescue. We will collect dog food until March 14th! The HOUSE with the most pounds of dog food donated will win points for their HOUSE! Let's "PAWS" and get food for the dogs!
The JCHS Senior High Cheerleaders are selling tickets for Chicken Spaghetti plates. Each plate will have spaghetti, green beans and a homemade roll. Each ticket is $10. Plates can be picked up Sunday, February 18th from 11:30 to 3:00 at the Dragon Arena concession stand. Desserts will be available for an additional $1. There will also be a bake sale! All proceeds will go towards the girls State Championship Ring Fund. We will also have a Valentine Basket full of some amazing goodies valued over $100 including a gift certificate to McGraws BBQ! Raffle tickets are $5 each and will be available at the basketball game Friday night!
