The Elementary (K-6) is having a HOUSE contest to benefit UCAPS and Southern Paws Animal Rescue. We will collect dog food until March 14th! The HOUSE with the most pounds of dog food donated will win points for their HOUSE! Let's "PAWS" and get food for the dogs!

The JCHS Senior High Cheerleaders are selling tickets for Chicken Spaghetti plates. Each plate will have spaghetti, green beans and a homemade roll. Each ticket is $10. Plates can be picked up Sunday, February 18th from 11:30 to 3:00 at the Dragon Arena concession stand. Desserts will be available for an additional $1. There will also be a bake sale! All proceeds will go towards the girls State Championship Ring Fund. We will also have a Valentine Basket full of some amazing goodies valued over $100 including a gift certificate to McGraws BBQ! Raffle tickets are $5 each and will be available at the basketball game Friday night!

Parents will need to make arrangements to pick up their candidate that day after tryouts. JCHS PARENTS: The new district calendar brings changes to the 7-11th semester exam days as well. Friday, May 24 will be final exams for periods 1-4. Tuesday, May 28 will be final exams for periods 5-8. Wednesday, May 29 will be for any remaining exams/make-up day.

There will be a meeting next Thursday, February 1st at 6:00pm in the Special Programs Building for any student in grades 6-8 who is interested in playing Junior High Softball! Our 2024 JCHS Career Fair is tomorrow, Thursday, January 25 in the MPR from 9:00am - 2:00pm. Community members/parents are welcome to come during the event and check out the booths of area businesses and colleges.

Junction Little League Baseball is hosting a second signup opportunity for boys ages 4 years through 12 years old. The signup date is Friday, February 2, 2024 at 5:30 in the Special Programs Meeting Room.
