DISTRICT ANNOUNCEMENT!
Junction City High School principal Joy Mason was appointed the new superintendent of the Junction City School District effective July 1, 2022. The Board of Directors met in a special called meeting Monday night where Mason received a unanimous vote from the board to become the first female superintendent of the district after being the first female high school principal.
Mason replaces Robby Lowe who resigned in February. He will remain superintendent until June 30, 2022. Lowe plans to finish his career focusing on academics and athletics. Click link for full announcement: https://5il.co/16gzs

Congrats to Coach Hutch and Coach X and their players for winning last night to make it into the state tournament! The Dragons play the winner of Magnet Cove Panthers/Fordyce Redbugs at 5:30pm tomorrow Sat. Feb. 26 in the semifinals of the 2A South Region Tournament at Dierks!
