Friday May 9th will be physical exams for all students wishing to participate in extra-curricular activities next year. Students must have completed paperwork and have $10 to be able to have their physical. Paperwork can be obtained from campus offices.

Dear Parent/Guardian: As we approach the last few weeks of school, I would like to remind you of our school policy regarding student medications. Junction City School District will not keep student medications past the end of the school year. Any medication not picked up by the parent or legal guardian before Friday, May 23rd will be disposed of by the school nurse in accordance with current law and rules. Please make an attempt to come by the nurse’s office and get your student’s medication.

Parents: Immunization requirements that will affect your student for the 2025/2026 school year. In compliance with Arkansas Immunization laws, students are to receive:
• One dose of Tdap (Tetanus/Diphtheria/Acellular Pertussis) due at 11 years of age
•One dose of Meningococcal vaccine for students entering 7th grade
•Meningococcal Booster due at 16 years of age
Immunizations need to be completed BEFORE the first day of school. Students will have 30 days from the start of school to provide proof of vaccinations or they will not be allowed on campus until they are up to date. Bailee McDaniel, RN
